Last week, we successfully completed the loading and shipment of a full container of AA Grade Paulownia Wood Panels from our factory in Heze, Shandong, China.

The shipment included paulownia panels in two thicknesses: 20 mm and 25 mm net thickness. All panels were manufactured according to our customer’s quality requirements and carefully inspected before loading.

Natural Paulownia Wood – No Bleaching

For this order, the customer required natural, non-bleached paulownia wood. We retain the natural appearance and characteristics of the timber without using bleaching treatment.

The finished panels have a clean and smooth surface with no visible knots, making them suitable for customers who require consistent appearance and high-quality material for further processing.

AA Grade Quality Control

Quality control is an important part of our production process. For AA Grade paulownia panels, we pay particular attention to wood selection, panel bonding, thickness control and surface quality.

Before shipment, the panels are inspected to ensure that the finished products meet the agreed specifications, including the required 20 mm and 25 mm net thicknesses.

E0 Grade Adhesive

The panels in this shipment were produced using HANGANG white latex adhesive with E0 grade requirements.

For customers who have specific requirements regarding adhesives, moisture content, dimensions, thickness, grading or packaging, we can discuss the specifications before production and manufacture the panels accordingly.
